Click on the File, you will see written Place there. Click it and select the file you want to be placed in the document.
After placing all the files, Just click on the Window on the top and Click Animations. Something will appear like this:
Then click on the ‘Covert to Frame Animation’ on the bottom right of the Animation windows:
After you click on the convert to Frame Animation, it will appear like this:
Then you need to use the Layer visibility (The eye sign on beside the layer) .
As I want to make it come one after another first of all, hide all the layer.I don’t want a white background. So, I will delete the white background and make a new layer and name it background. Now make the background layer visible.
I want the layers like the skin first the the text second. Now I will do that. After the Background layer is Visible, Click on the Option on the Animation Window as shown:
Then Click on new frame. After the new frame is created, Unhide the Skin layer.
By the same process do it with the text layer as well.
Now we have to fix the time of the layer coming one after another. As shown, you will see the time below the animation frames. Click on it then fix up the time. I will choose 0.5 second for it. Do it with all the animation frames.

Now below the frames, you will see
looping options. Make that ‘forever’. As it should blink always.
Now it is done everyone! Now how can you save it? Hmm..If you save it through save as... It won’t work. Then Click File then ‘Save for web and devices’. Then a Dialogue box will appear. Click Save. Save in your appropriate place. Then It’s DONE!
