Hey. Today I’m going to show you how to give a shine effect to a letter. Now if you follow the steps, you will be able to make that ;) . Now, Open Photoshop and open a document of your own size. Now, make your background darks coloured and type your desired text. I made the document black and coloured it dark and typed my own desired text. Now follow the steps. Create a new layer.

Now, select the Ellipse tool. Then make a oval shape using the white colour and be sure to select it on Shape Layers.

Then hit enter after you made the shape. Some like this would you see.

Rasterize the layer. Then go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur.

Set the angle to 90* and made the distance pixel to 300.

It would like something like this. Now make a duplicate layer of the layer of the shape.

Now selecting the duplicate text layer, Use the move tool and move the shape beside it. Now it will become 2 white things.

Now go to Edit> Transform > Rotate. Just try to make it rotated to 180* and try to make it like a plus(+) Sign.

By pressing CTRL, Select both of the layers. The duplicated one and the original. Then Right click and Do Merge Layers.

Now choose a blurred brush and make your size more than the square between your plus sign. I will choose 125 pixel for my one.

And click few times in the middle as it will become shiny.

Press CTRL+T and make it smaller and then place it where do you want to place it.

Now I would like to place it on “O” but you can place it where you want to ;)
At last you will get something like this.
